"My diet starts tomorrow!"
familiar with the statement? I know right. I've been there too until I got tired of people telling me that I'm fat. Don't you just hate it when someone actually calls you FAT?
Okay so here's my story. I went to NY last 2010 for my OJT weighing 47 kgs.
Here are some of my pictures then.
That was me during the first week of my stay in New York. I had no Idea that MY WEIGHT will magically change in a span of 3 months. I ate everything I wanted anytime of the day without a single workout (how am I supposed to exercise if going out freezes me out).
Reality bit me when it was time for me to go back to Philippines. I know I gained weight because my arms and legs got chubbier than it used to be, my oval shaped face became round. I was scared to go back to PI coz I'm not ready for my family and friends reactions. Wanna see how much weight I gained?
TADAAAAAA!
I gained 11 kgs. in 3 months. I super duper mega hate it! :(
Instead of dreading about my fats & starving myself, I finally made up my mind to bring back my old weight after graduating college. April 3, 2011 is the day It all began. Here's the list of the things I did to lose weight.
1. NO white rice.
2. Eating saging na saba plus sauteed toge and tofu for lunch.
3. No merienda for me.
4. Skyflakes/Quake for breakfast
5. Drink lots of water!!!
6. NO colored drinks
7. Standing for an hour after every meal
8. NO dinner
9. Aerobics for an hour every night
10. Don't take any slimming pills, coffee, juice.
After doing all of the above religiously everyday, I achieved my ideal weight which is 44-45 kgs. :)
This is me now! Shot last November 2011 in Subic
That's me last March 23, 2012 waiting for our plane.
And here I am wearing my yellow swimsuit with a high waist-ed bottom. Yey!

So there is my losing weight journey, hope I serve as an inspiration to you girls & boys. Thank you! :)
